USER AGREEMENT

A. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your access to the Conleys Drug Store mobile application and websites, including co-branded Conleys Drug Store-affiliate websites (collectively, the “Conleys Drug Store Digital Services”), is subject to the Conleys Drug Store Privacy Policy, HIPAA Privacy Notice, and these Terms of Use.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE Conleys Drug Store DIGITAL SERVICES. BY USING THE Conleys Drug Store DIGITAL SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE.

These Terms also govern your participation in any SMS or mobile communications programs offered by Conleys Drug Store. If you opt in to receive text messages from us, the Mobile Terms & Privacy Summary governs such messaging.
